What’s your go-to potluck recipe?
My favorite is actually “Cheesy Potatoes,” as my family calls it. It’s not quite the same recipe as this one but there is just something about the combination of cheese, potatoes and mushrooms (that’s right, we add mushrooms!) that just keeps us all coming back for more. My second favorite? Fifteen-layer Jell-O. —Veronica

My go to potluck recipe is a baked mac and cheese recipe I got from my friend’s mom. It fed our group house of seven people easily (serving size was “Pete and all his friends”) and despite being a relatively involved recipe, ALWAYS came out a winner.
